Orangevale is a census-designated place (CDP) in Sacramento County, California, United States. It is part of the Sacramento metropolitan area. The population was 35,569 at the 2020 census, up from 33,960 at the 2010 census. It is located approximately 25 miles (40 km) northeast of Sacramento.
