30' - Catastrophic flooding can be expected. About 300 structures could be potentially flooded with 4 to 10 ft of water. Expect disruption of water untility systems and electrical power. Expect evacuations to take place. Expect Highway 166 to be closed from Coffeyville east to the Labette County line. Highway 169 may be closed from Coffeyville on north to Cherryvale. There will be extensive flooding of agricultural areas.
26' - Major flooding can be expected as flood waters spill over the levees near the Coffeyville Resources Refinery. Approximately the eastern third of the city will be flooded. Flood waters cover River Road near the water plant for a quarter of a mile. Expect Highway 160 to be closed from Coffeyville east to the Labette County line.
25' - Farmlands begin to flood as flood waters flow over left bank levees. Flood waters may begin to impact land inside the southeast section of the city's levee system near Wood Street.
22' - Outside the levee system, the intersection of River Road and Stark Street floods. Flood waters expand to 1/4 of mile eastward on Stark Street.
20' - Both banks along the river lowlands will overflow. The road floods along the intersection of South Buckeye Street and Eldridge Street near the state line.
18' - Flooding of low-lying areas is expected, especially along the left bank near the Water Plant. Further upstream and downstream from the gage site the river spreads out into the flood plain.
