MOVEMENT FOR ALL ACTIVITY WAS SLOW AND ERRATIC TO THE SOUTHEAST. VERY HEAVY RAIN...FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND WIND GUSTS TO 30 MPH IS LIKELY IN THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS. THROUGH 3 AM...ISOLATED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL LIKELY CONTINUE ACROSS FAR NORTHEAST OSAGE COUNTY...WASHINGTON...NOWATA AND CRAIG COUNTIES. THE STRONGEST THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE WITH A RISK OF GUSTY WINDS...SMALL HAIL AND VERY HEAVY RAIN. SOME LOCALIZED FLOODING COULD BECOME AN ISSUE...ESPECIALLY IN AREAS WITH PERSISTENT HEAVY RAIN.
