MOVEMENT WAS TO THE SOUTHEAST AT 20 MILES AN HOUR. THROUGH 3:30 PM...SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE NORTH OF HIGHWAY 60 ACROSS NORTHERN SECTIONS OF NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA. A FEW OF THE STRONGER STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING TORRENTIAL RAINFALL...WINDS TO 40 MILES AN HOUR...AND DANGEROUS CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING.
