THE LOWEST VISIBILITIES WILL GENERALLY OCCUR ACROSS THE CENTRAL AND WESTERN PORTIONS OF THE TEXAS PANHANDLE...INCLUDING AMARILLO... CANYON...DUMAS AND PAMPA...WHERE VISIBILITIES WILL BE REDUCED TO LESS THAN 1/2 MILE AT TIMES. IN ADDITION TO THE FOG...PATCHY DRIZZLE CAN BE EXPECTED. THIS FOG AND DRIZZLE SHOULD DISSIPATE BY 11 AM IN MOST AREAS. MOTORISTS ARE URGED TO DRIVE WITH CAUTION. USE LOW BEAM HEADLIGHTS AND ALLOW EXTRA TIME TO REACH YOUR DESTINATION.
