.NOW...AT 2:55 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS CONTINUING TO DEVELOP ACROSS PARTS OF NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND FAR NORTHWEST ARKANSAS TO THE NORTH OF A LINE FROM FAYETTEVILLE TO TULSA TO OILTON. THE PRECIPITATION WAS MOVING TO THE EAST AT 25 MILES AN HOUR. THE STRONGEST STORMS WERE OVER PAWNEE COUNTY OKLAHOMA. THEOUGH 5 AM...SCATTERED SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AND MOVE EAST ACROSS PARTS OF NORTHEAST OKLAHOMA AND NORTHWEST ARKANSAS. MOST OF THE RAIN WILL REMAIN ALONG AND NORTH OF HIGHWAY 412. VERY HEAVY RAIN AND SMALL HAIL WILL ACCOMPANY THE STRONGEST STORMS. SOME LOCALIZED PLACES WILL RECEIVE 1-2 INCHES OF RAIN THROUGH 5 AM...ESPECIALLY TO THE WEST AND NORTH OF TULSA.
