THESE STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF HEAVY RAIN...OCCASIONAL CLOUD TO GROUND LIGHTNING AND WIND GUSTS TO 40 MPH. HOURLY RAINFALL RATES BETWEEN ONE QUARTER AND ONE HALF INCH WILL BE COMMON IN THE STRONGEST STORMS.
