EXPECT RAINFALL TOTALS TO EXCEED ONE INCH FOR MANY COASTAL COUNTIES. RAIN COVERAGE WILL INCREASE THROUGH THE EARLY MORNING FOR AREAS WEST OF INTERSTATE 95 WITH RAIN TOTALS UP TO A QUARTER OF AN INCH IN AN HOURS TIME.
