.NOW...AT 4 AM...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADARS DETECTED NUMEROUS LIGHT TO MODERATE SHOWERS EAST OF A LINE FROM BENTONVILLE ARKANSAS TO MULBERRY ARKANSAS. SCATTERED LIGHT TO MODERATE RAIN WAS OCCURRING FURTHER WEST ACROSS PORTIONS OF EASTERN OKLAHOMA...WITH THE HEAVIEST SHOWERS PRODUCING RAINFALL RAINFALL AMOUNTS OF UP TO ONE HALF INCH IN LESS THAN ONE HOUR. MOVEMENT OF THE SHOWERS WAS NORTHWEST AT 10 MPH. THROUGH 6 AM...WIDESPREAD SHOWERS WILL CONTINUE ACROSS FAR NORTHWEST AND WEST CENTRAL ARKANSAS...WITH MORE SCATTERED SHOWERS AND ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS OVER EASTERN OKLAHOMA. PERIODS OF HEAVY RAIN WILL BE POSSIBLE AT ANY LOCATION THROUGH SUNRISE...AND POSSIBLY PRODUCE ADDITIONAL RAINFALL AMOUNTS IN EXCESS OF ONE HALF INCH.
