AND IN SOUTHEAST OKLAHOMA... ARE LIKELY TO BECOME FOGGY BY SUNRISE. THE FOG IS EXPECTED TO DECREASE AFTER SUNRISE... BUT LOW CLOUDS ARE LIKELY TO PERSIST OVER MOST OF THIS SAME AREA UNTIL AFTERNOON. MOTORISTS SHOULD USE CAUTION AND BE ALERT FOR AREAS WITH LOWER VISIBILITY.
