THE MOST INTENSE STORMS SHOULD OCCUR IN COUNTIES THAT BOARDER THE NEBRASKA AND KANSAS STATE LINE BETWEEN GENEVA NEBRASKA AND PHILLIPSBURG KANSAS. ADDITIONAL STRONG STORMS SHOULD MOVE FROM PHILLIPS AND ROOKS COUNTIES INTO SMITH AND OSBORNE COUNTIES DURING THAT TIME. BRIEF GUSTY WINDS TO 40 MPH ARE ALSO POSSIBLE AS THE STORMS MOVE THROUGH.
