VISIBILITIES ARE EXPECTED TO IMPROVE THROUGH THE MORNING... BUT IMPROVEMENT WILL BE UNEVEN ACROSS THE REGION. LOW CLOUDS WILL PERSIST INTO THE AFTERNOON OVER NORTHERN OKLAHOMA... BUT WILL GRADUALLY DIMINISH BY LATE MORNING ELSEWHERE.
