.NOW...REGIONAL WEATHER DISCUSSION... RAIN WILL CONTINUE THROUGH THE MORNING OVER MOST OF NORTHERN AND WESTERN OKLAHOMA. THROUGH 11 AM... MOST OF THE RAIN WILL BE LOCATED NORTHWEST OF A LINE FROM ALTUS... TO WEATHERFORD TO PERRY... ALTHOUGH A FEW SHOWERS WILL ALSO LINGER OVER PARTS OF CENTRAL OKLAHOMA AND WESTERN NORTH TEXAS. RAINFALL RATES OF UP TO ONE HALF INCH EVERY TWO HOURS ARE EXPECTED. THE RAIN AREAS WERE MOVING NORTH AROUND 25 MPH. THE RAIN WAS OCCURRING TO THE NORTH AND NORTHWEST OF A SLOW-MOVING WARM FRONT THAT EXTENDED FROM NEAR SEMINOLE... TO HEALDTON... TO JUST SOUTHEAST OF WICHITA FALLS. THE WARM FRONT IS FORECAST TO MOVE SLOWLY BACK TO THE NORTHWEST TODAY... AND MAY BE NEAR INTERSTATE 44 BY MIDDAY. AS THE FRONT CONTINUES TO MOVE NORTH... SO WILL THE AREA OF RAIN. AREAS OF FOG... LOWERING VISIBILITIES TO NEAR ONE MILE OR LESS... WERE ALSO OCCURRING NORTHWEST OF THE FRONT... MAINLY ACROSS PARTS OF CENTRAL AND SOUTHWEST OKLAHOMA. TEMPERATURES THROUGH MID DAY WILL REMAIN IN THE UPPER HALF OF THE 40S AND 50S TO THE NORTHWEST OF THE FRONT... WARMING INTO THE MID 60S TO LOWER 70S SOUTHEAST OF THE FRONT.
